We have a cut off time of 16:00pm in order to have your items picked, packed & dispatched the same day.
Highland and Isles deliveries may take longer, 1st Class Recorded 1-3days, and Courier Next Day 48Hrs.
International & European deliveries are charged based on parcel weight. The total delivery charge is calculated when you proceed through our checkout process.
The amount you see charged on the delivery selection page (in the checkout process), is the amount you will pay. There are no hidden charges from us. However, depending on where you live, there may be a customs charge upon entry to the country. Please email us if you have any questions about delivery.
All packages are fully insured, and can be tracked with the information supplied on the dispatch notification email.
Please note, if you choose to have your items shipped via Royal Mail, there is a maximum insurance limit of £ 39.00
We would advise you to use the Courier Option, where your items will be insured to the value of your order.
Our business days are Monday > Friday - 09:30am > 17:00pm Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding bank holidays.

FREE Delivery
Please note, FREE Delivery applies only to orders of value of £60.00. FREE Delivery is subject to deliveries to addresess within Mainland UK. Applies only to single orders that are to be delivered to a single Mainland UK.
If an item(s) is returned for a refund, due to a cancelled order, you will not be eligiable for FREE Delivery on your order. Where an item(s) is returned for a refund, due to a cancelled order, the refund due will be the cost of the item(s) less any delivery charges.
We reserve the right to change or cancel the promotional offer of "FREE Delivery" on orders over the value of £60.00 at any time.
FREE Delivery orders of the value of £60.00+ will be sent via Royal Mail. All television orders will be sent via our Courier, and will require a signature on delivery.
